Join us to collectively navigate through the complicated world of data, cloud, quantum computing, AI, IoT, cybersecurity, and other critical IT infrastructure topics.
Just as IT teams were reaching a sustainable equilibrium between on-premises infrastructure and the public cloud, COVID-19 disrupted all operations. Three years later, as data strategies were taking concrete shape, the Gen AI revolution threw these plans into disarray. And just as data centre strategies were being ironed out, GPU-as-a-Service offerings started to mushroom. Perhaps a decade from now, commercially viable quantum computing will break all cybersecurity strategies and force them to be rebuilt from the ground up.
We are in the midst of a remarkable transformation in the cloud and IT infrastructure space, where every quarter brings new paradigms and uncertainties into the picture. CIOs, no matter how up to date, seem to find themselves behind the curve, as the rest of the C-suite engages more deeply with technology and line-of-business hungers for cutting-edge tools. It’s the age of IT democratization, the emergence of the post-developer tech teams, of potentially one-person armies with AI toolkits replacing entire departments.
Cloud and IT Infrastructure Frontiers 2025 will bring together technology leaders across Singapore to discuss and dissent, agree and disagree on the direction that technology teams need to take across large enterprises. We stand on the cusp of generational changes in the enterprise technology world—join us to brainstorm and collectively navigate our way through the complicated world of data, cloud, quantum computing, AI, IoT, cybersecurity, and other critical topics.

The Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) and the Singapore Academy of Law (SAL) have developed AI models trained in Singapore law, using authoritative legal content and feedback from experts in relevant practice areas. Built into LawNet—Singapore’s leading legal research platform—the models generate high quality summaries of Singapore court judgments and answers to questions about Singapore law.
9:50 AM - 10:00 AM
DP Architects (DPA) assembled its Digital Transformation team to apply architectural and digital innovation to real-world use cases. They developed an AI model that accelerated and standardized design iterations, enabling rapid prototyping and team training without costly test environments. In just eight weeks, the model increased productivity by over 50% and produced 10 times more iterations. Using curated and synthetic data, it also improved transparency and auditability, and now automates technical drawings and streamlines reviews across digital tools.
10:00 AM - 10:40 AM
Gen AI is still being figured out by the enterprise – while surface-level uses like chatbots have been widely adopted, deeper integration into the IT stack awaits. This panel will predict and analyze emerging innovations in Gen AI, including new applications, deployment and design of AI agents, improvements in model performance, and potential enterprise impact.

How can banks stay relevant in the world of digital disruption, compete with fintechs and new innovations? This keynote will detail Standard Chartered Bank's approach in the modern era dominated by frontier technologies such as AI, Quantum Computing, blockchain and others.
11:25 AM - 11:50 AM
AI workloads are inherently different and require a new architectural paradigm. They demand massive compute power, involves enormous datasets, and need to respond in milliseconds, not minutes. Yet most organizations are running AI on infrastructure built for traditional applications, resulting in performance bottlenecks, skyrocketing costs, and compliance challenges as data moves across borders. This keynote explores the infrastructure strategy that accelerate AI deployments by focusing on strategic compute placement, enabling data processing in compliance with sovereignty mandates, and executing inference at optimal locations.
11:50 AM - 12:30 PM
As organizations increasingly adopt a mix of public, private, and edge cloud environments, understanding how to seamlessly integrate and manage these diverse infrastructures is critical for achieving operational agility, cost efficiency, and robust security.

Cloud-native applications can automatically scale to handle variable workloads, self-heal to maintain uptime, and seamlessly integrate with the cloud ecosystem. This keynote will discuss how cloud-native applications are designed to fully exploit the benefits of cloud environments, utilizing microservices, containers, and continuous delivery to ensure rapid development and deployment.
14.55 PM - 15.35 PM
What will IT infrastructure look like a half decade from now? Will serverless become common, and will GPU-as-a-Service gain momentum? How long before quantum computing becomes commercially viable and disrupts enterprise IT? Will the talent crunch be replaced by a glut of AI developer teams? This concluding panel will address the above issues and more.
