Synopsis:

Consumer behaviour is changing rapidly; the martech stack and data governance are barely keeping up. One of the reasons for this lag is that while (mostly millennial and Gen-Z) consumers are comfortable across devices and platforms, brands’ back-end systems have not yet caught up. Siloes still persist between departments, and joining the dots across teams is a challenge.

Truly seamless omni-channel customer engagement requires a serious re-think of digital strategies across the martech stack. From legacy methods such as snail mail and in-store paper forms to SMS, email and in-app gamification, a unified, bird’s eye view of customer interaction is essential for optimal engagement.

This roundtable will bring together senior marketing and digital executives — as well as other senior leaders who are passionate about and oversee the customer lifecycle — across brands in Singapore.

We'll brainstorm on new approaches towards deep, personalised customer engagement - across devices; web and app platforms; and channels. It will address customer activation, acquisition, monetisation, and retention with data at the heart of the process.
